At WALKENS House of Film, we want to ensure your gear performs perfectly for every shoot. If you are not completely satisfied with your electronics purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
